Activation Description

100′ X 50′ foot print opposite the Main Stage.
Everyone walking the festival will see this activation.

Outside the activation:

You can sell merchandise and promote your brand.
Install giant visual attractions to ensure your presence.

Inside the activation:

You can design it anyway you like. We envision plenty of standing table space, strategic seating, plenty of shade, dedicated bars, dedicated food.

Natural reason people enter:

  • This will be a ticketed upgrade. $50~ to enter. (exclusive)
  • 3 Drinks complimentary of Country Thunder ($18 Value)
  • SHADE ( October is hot in Arizona and there is no dedicated shade)
  • Air Conditioned Toilets
  • It will be the only nice place to enjoy on site.

Ticket upgrade required for entry

Lead Generation / Cross Promotional / Marketing Efforts will include your brand and messaging in a native ad format.  Any links to your forms or form submissions regarding your products will be forwarded to you.

Each email will be customized to the consumer. Emails will arrive in the form of conversation with short focused messages followed by calls to action. Before the event:

Every ticket holder will walk past your activation. Tickets to enter will be sold online and the same marketing process will repeat with each ticket sale.

After the event:

Any custom designed marketing program you propose can be executed post event.

This allows to you follow up, call to action, education etc with the fan base.
